Marina is a teacher with over a decade of experience in NSW schools, having worked across diverse classrooms and held various roles in both pastoral care and leadership. She has supported hundreds of students and mentored countless colleagues, navigating the real-life challenges that don’t appear in a textbook.​ She understands that the first years in teaching can be overwhelming as you are learning to balance behaviour management, lesson planning, parent communication, and personal well-being simultaneously. Having been through it herself, Marina knows the difference the right guidance can make. Marina is not just a coach looking in from the outside. She is a practising educator who has lived the job, faced the pressures, and found practical ways to make it sustainable and rewarding. Her mission now is to help early-career teachers find their confidence, manage their workload, and build the foundations for a long, successful career in education.
